Order of St. John Investment Ceremony

On November 27, 2018, the Honourable Janet Austin was invested as a Dame of Justice to the Order of St. John and installed as Vice Prior of the St. John Council for British Columbia.

Established in 1888 by Queen Victoria, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem traces its origins back to the 12th century. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is the Order’s Sovereign. Today the work of the Order includes volunteerism, first aid and CPR training.
