We are delighted to share the winner of our New Year’s Day Levée photo contest: congratulations to Penny Tennenhouse, who submitted a treasure trove of memories from levées spanning the terms of three Lieutenant Governors (the Honourable Steven Point, the Honourable Judith Guichon, and the Honourable Janet Austin).
